For more than two decades, Steve Tapp has been an executive specializing in selection, development, and credentialing assessment markets. Since 2008 when he joined PSI, now part of Lifelong Learner Holdings (LLH), Steve’s leadership has driven the strong growth of these global organizations to support our vision to empower people in their careers and drive organizational success. In addition, Steve serves as CEO of Talogy, the LLH brand that provides talent management solutions to organizations around the globe.
Prior to Lifelong Learner Holdings, Steve was a key executive with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, the leading US-based educational publisher. He held several positions including Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance & Strategy, President of Great Source, the supplemental educational publishing division and President at Promissor, the Houghton Mifflin Assessment business.
Originally from England, Steve started his career working as an economist specializing in regulated industries for a government agency in the United Kingdom. Steve is a Certified Management Accountant (ACMA) and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the UK’s University of Southampton.
Janet Garcia joined PSI, now part of Lifelong Learner Holdings, in 2017. An accomplished leader, Janet has a strong track record of growing businesses within education and learning technology markets. Based in London, she is responsible for the growth of the credentialing business of LLH, which continues to be known as PSI, through a combination of strong organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
Previous positions held by Janet include International Director of eLearning for assessment and talent management leader, MindLeaders (now Skillsoft); Managing Director of Financial Services for eLearning company, Intuition; SVP of Sales EMEA for research consultancy firm Frost & Sullivan; and more recently Chief Commercial Officer at Imparta. All these companies enjoyed significant success and business growth during Janet’s tenure.
Janet has a Law degree from Exeter University, UK
Marisa Yukich brings extensive experience in global human capital management to Lifelong Learner Holdings. Since 2016, she has been responsible for LLH’s global human capital strategy, M&A human capital integration and diligence, and talent acquisition, as well as learning and development. Marisa’s expertise lies in global workforce management, leadership development, culture, organizational development, and compensation and benefits.
Prior to joining Lifelong Learner Holdings, and previously PSI, Marisa was the Vice President of Human Resources for Venbrook Group, a leader in risk management services, insurance, and reinsurance brokerage solutions. In addition, she was the Vice President of Human Resources, North America, for Prime Focus, a global visual effects and stereo conversion company with offices in North America, India, and the United Kingdom. She also has held various human resources positions at Post Logic, Ryland Homes, and Jackson National Life Insurance.
Marisa holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bowling Green State University.
Ashley Wilson brings more than 20 years of broad-based legal and compliance experience to Lifelong Learner Holdings and its sub-brands. Since joining in 2019, she has managed all legal, regulatory, and contractual compliance globally.
Before Lifelong Learner Holdings, and previously PSI, Ashley specialized in the payroll and insurance solutions industry, serving as General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer for The Team Companies and the General Counsel of Cast & Crew Entertainment Services. She began her career at Nationwide Insurance and Financial Services, a public Fortune 100 company, in the global Mergers & Acquisitions and Securities departments. She also advised public and private companies as an Associate in the Corporate department at Heller, Ehrman, White, & McAuliffe, a multi-national AmLaw 100 law firm.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Foreign Affairs from Miami University and a law degree from Ohio State University.
John Weiner has an extensive background in the science and industry of assessment for credentialing, workplace, and learning applications. As CSO at PSI, and now Lifelong Learner Holdings, he leads the LLH Science Advisory Board and the company’s global reputation in science, psychometrics, and excellence in assessment content creation. In a career spanning more than 30 years in the assessment industry, John has guided the strategic development of innovative, sound, and lawful solutions that have benefited hundreds of diverse organizations, including government agencies, professional associations, regulators, and Fortune 500 companies.
John joined PSI, now part of Lifelong Learner Holdings, in 1998 to lead talent assessment products and services and went on to lead the consulting, psychometric, and content departments for all markets, progressing to the executive level in 2005. During his tenure with the company, he led the transition to technology-based assessment and the development of several assessment product lines, developed PSI’s widely used FormCast® method for automated test assembly, and created a data forensics unit and proprietary metrics to enhance test security.
John is active in professional associations such as ATP, SIOP, ICE, CLEAR, ITC, and NCME. He has made over 120 presentations at international conferences and co-authored a book on online recruitment and selection (Wiley-Blackwell), and book chapters on licensure and certification testing and systems for Next Generation Global Technology-Based Assessment (Cambridge University Press).
John holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento, specializing in Quantitative and Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
Christina Gibson joined Lifelong Learner Holdings in September 2021, contributing over 25 years of broad accounting and operational experience. Christina is responsible for the oversight of LLH’s global accounting activities, including accounting operations, financial reporting, accounting policies and procedures, process improvement and automation, and M&A accounting and integration.
Before LLH, Christina served as the Chief Financial Officer for a start-up and several entrepreneurial companies. Prior to that, Christina served as the Corporate Controller for publicly held companies like Digital Insight, Tekelec and ASGN, where the company doubled in size twice during the seven years she was there, primarily through acquisition. She also has experience establishing accounting functions globally as these businesses expanded internationally. Christina started her career in public accounting at Arthur Andersen.
Christina holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
Jim Moran joined LLH in September, 2021 and leads the information security, compliance, and corporate information technology functions. He is responsible for managing risks to our digital assets and the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, IT services across the business in support of our global workforce and digital products.
Before LLH, Jim served for many years in various security and technology leadership roles at Educational Testing Service (ETS), culminating as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). His tenure at ETS included oversight of enterprise architecture and the creation of the first information security team and program at the company. Prior to ETS, he led security and risk programs for Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) where he was responsible for innovative security services delivered to numerous Fortune 500 clients in the chemical and energy sector. He brings over 30 years’ experience to LLH, and has a proven track record of delivering results as a service provider and client, in both mid-market and large companies.
Jim has received multiple industry awards, speaks regularly at various industry events, and is a named Inventor on patents for advanced security features in digital assessment. He attended The College of New Jersey and holds a graduate certificate in business management from Rutgers University as well as CISSP and ITIL certifications.
Peter Celeste joined PSI, now part of Lifelong Learner Holdings, in 2017. Currently, Peter holds end-to-end responsibility for the talent management brand of LLH, known as Talogy. Peter brings more than 20 years’ experience in tech-enabled service companies in both the public and private sectors. He excels at fueling growth and success within complex, enterprise-level organizations, having expanded and launched multiple business entities throughout his career.
Previous positions held by Peter include President, The Search Agency; Senior Vice President and General Manager, Oversee.net’s Monetization Services division; General Manager, MyCorporation (an online incorporation business in Intuit’s small business division); and Regional General Manager, Yahoo!’s Search and Search Marketing business.
Peter holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
